Clifton Park Pool Database Project
The current system at Clifton Park
is paper-based, which can be a hassle to file and maintain organization, not to
mention stay dry around the pool. However, with the implementation of the Access database file our group created
makes the information at Clifton Park clean and efficient. The system can accurate add, track and edit
the members information such as name, address, primary pool and phone number. With the database changes to the type of
membership and the documentation of membership guest entries is simplified and
easily accessed.
Another valuable aspect to the Clifton Park database is the ability to swiftly access employee information. There are reports that represent employee rank with all contact information, which is easily edited and accessed by co-workers. A useful report is the labor assignment that distinguishes which pool any given employee is working at, to accurately organize and be able to specifically contact.
Upon opening the system, users are welcomed at a main menu screen, where one can choose to access various reports and forms. Within those reports and forms, users can now quickly find, add, edit or delete information they seek.
